2. Feet – The Foundation for Running: Weak & stiff feet and ankles lead to so many ailments and can impede running performance. Most of us just throw our feet into a sneaker and hope for the best. Join us to learn how and why you need to show some love to your paws. Learn strategies you can immediately put to use.
Yoga with Adina Crawford
Adina (DEANIETHEYOGINI) will help you to quiet your mind and evolve your breathing through yoga and stretching. If you’re a runner, you’ll know the importance of regulating your breath and stretching your muscles – so join in and take home some new techniques!
ChiRunning with Danny Dreyer
In this practical session, Danny Dreyer will educate visitors on 5 things every runner should do before their next big event, from technique to breathing to training.
