My name is Amanda and I am a personal trainer, run coach, yoga instructor and business owner of Fit + Fearless Training. My first form of love for movement was running; at age 15 I began running every day after school. Fast forward to present time, I’ve done over 30 races from 5K’s to half marathons. I coach and train runners and triathletes and became certified as a national run coach through RRCA. I love programming and training strong runners. All of my runners have found that building muscle and training appropriately decreases injury risk and allows them to excel in their performance. I’m thrilled to be a part of yet another community of runners who love the sport just as I do!
