Elizabeth Waterstraat began her career in endurance sports at a hometown triathlon in 1999. Since then, she’s competed in more than 200 races, sprint to Ironman, including numerous overall wins, eight National Championship titles, 4-time Ironman Hawaii finisher, and a silver medal at the Duathlon World Championship. In 2007, Elizabeth blended her passion for sports with her background in education by starting a multisport coaching business. Elizabeth coaches athletes of all ages and all backgrounds from all over the world. Her coaching accomplishments include the bronze medalist at the 2016 Rio Paralympics, two World Champions, multiple Nationals Champions, and countless other achievements from PRs to podiums. Elizabeth is a mother of three school-age children; she and her family (including her also-sporty husband) live in the western suburbs of Chicago.
