A triathlon coach for more than 22 years, Jennifer Harrison owns JHC Triathlon Coaching in the Chicagoland area. Jennifer has worked with a wide variety of triathletes, including beginners, National Champions, World Championship athletes, an Olympic Para-Triathlete bronze medalist, and the University of Illinois Triathlon Team. Jennifer has helped thousands of athletes navigate their training and thoroughly prepare them to race up to their potential. A mom of college-age twins, Jennifer has completed in 200+ triathlons in her career, competing in all distances of triathlons, including the World Championships for Sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman, and Ironman distances. Jennifer has also won a National Championship title and continues to chase the elusive “perfect race.”
