Your list of running achievements and accolades is amazing… please tell us which one makes you most proud?

For me, the thing I’m most proud of is the consistency. It’s one thing to win a title once or a few times but to do it for a long period of time for consecutive years is what truly brings light into what dedication and hard work can rewarded!

Obviously, there’s still a fire burning for success and racing… what’s the plan for 2022?

I’m planning to get back to many of the Top events in the USA as in years past, represent Team USA at the World Championships and also explore some new and old races around the globe!

Could you tell us about your typical training week, please?

Training is a secret!

If you had to go to a desert island (don’t worry there’d be some mountains!) – which one pair of running shoes would you take?

Hoka Zinal

We know you’re into your cooking – how would you refuel after a long run in the mountains?

Pretty quick after a hard effort I’d start with a Never Second C30 Gel. Then once home, probably try to get some Gnocchi ai Quattro formaggi cooked!
